RENOVATION OF AN HOUSE FROM THE 1930’S

Integral rehabilitation and renovation of a house built during the 30s. The execution of this project entailed the following works:

• Coverage replacement and ceiling slab reinforcement;
• Facade renovation;
• Interior remodeling;
• Application of aluminium window frames and new oak woodwork (including kitchen furniture);
• Coatings and paints;
• Full replacement of water supply networks, sewage, electricity and communications.
