Full refurbishment of a single-family dwelling in Benedita’s area.  The work carried out included:

• Walls demolition to expand kitchen and living room;
• Master bedroom expansion and closet building;
• Full replacement of water supply networks, sewerage, gas, electricity and communications;
• Lacquering in situ of existing woodwork;
• Coatings and paints;
• Drainage of foundation with drain construction.
