APARTMENT RENOVATION AND REMODELING – BENEDITA

Renovation and full remodeling of an apartment whose construction dates back to the 70’s, making it suitable to the requirements of a young couple, who appreciates functionality and comfort.

In the remodeling of this T2 typology apartment, the fusion of the kitchen and living room resulted in a large space, cheerful and very functional. In the living room, changing the access span to the terrace allowed to create a space full of light.

The installation of a glass skylight over the terrace area will allow residents to enjoy the space throughout the year.

New coatings on the walls and floors, new carpentry with lacquered finishes and more efficient frames, thermally and acoustically, were added to the entire apartment. The water, sewage and electricity supply networks have been fully replaced and air conditioning systems have been installed.
