FULL RENOVATION TRANSFORMS A T4 TYPE APARTMENT INTO A T3

Renovation and remodeling project including the redefinition of all areas. The work done included:

• Apartment rehabilitation with the redefinition of all areas.
• The living room and dining room merge to create a wide open space (kitchen and lounge);
• Plasterboard suspended ceiling system and LED lighting in all areas;
• At the end of the living room was built a home office and at the master bedroom was built a closet;
• New woodwork including kitchen and bathroom furniture with lacquered finish;
• New window frames and exterior roller shutters in aluminium with thermal insulation;
• Coatings and paintings;
• Full replacement of the water supply networks, sewage, gas, electricity and communications.
