CREATION OF 3 STUDIOS OUT OF A 4-BEDROOM APARTMENT

Conversion of a 4-bedroom apartment into 3 studios.

The integral alteration of the apartment areas  – located on the top floor of a building built in the 50’s – allowed for the creation of 3 pleasant studios.

A sanitary facility and a small kitchen were built in each studio.

The work also included the complete replacement of the building’s roof, water supply, sewage and electricity networks. The external frame has been replaced by a new one, thermally  and acoustically more efficient.
